Health drink coconut water: Do It Yourself

 

More than half of the body is water. If you do not have the content of the water you lose every day through breathing, sweating and urination, reconstruct, then "drain" all your systems and parts of the body such as muscles, tendons, ligaments and blood.

So, if you lived under a rock over years, you know that drinking enough liquid to fill from and rehydrate your body is smart to do well. But what do you put fluid in the body?
